My Background and Expertise

• Experience & Qualifications: My nearly 20 years as a U.S. Marine and time serving with the Department of State have equipped me with dynamic leadership experience. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and am currently completing my MBA with Penn State, “We Are!”

• Military Influence: My military service has instilled in me a strong ethical compass and a focus on teamwork, adaptability, and conflict management. Nearly 20 years in the Marines has sharpened my ability to see clearly through uncertainty, act calmly amidst chaos, and expertly advise others on how to be successful. These attributes reflect the core values and teachings that shape my approach to leadership, personal growth, and professional development.
